Return Policy
If for
any reason you are not happy with your
purchase from Saluki Station, simply
return the item to us within 15 days of
receipt for an exchange or full refund
(minus the shipping & handling fee).
There will be a 15% restocking fee for
all returned items.
No
returns on engraved ID tags
Any of
our handmade items such as the
Martingale dog collars and the
Rhinestones collars are not
returnable due to wrong size.
Please measure your dog carefully using
our guide provided on all of our
shopping pages. Do not go by your pet's
present collar size! Handmade items are
made to an exact fit for your dog with
an allowance made for adjustment.
Return or exchange item must be in its
original, new, and unused condition.
No return on goods that is worn, used,
soiled or articles with odors and
products missing packaging and/or tags.
Under no circumstances do we accept
returns with odors such as cigarette
smoke.
Please use delivery
confirmation/insurance via your carrier
when returning products. We are not
responsible for any packages lost in
shipping. Until there is a delivery
confirmation that we have received the
package, it is your property.
Please including the shipping/exchange
slip in the shipping package, so we can
find you on our ordering system.
