During Mother’s Day and Christmas, our lead times increase and information will be on our site.
PAYMENT INFORMATION:
We accept
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and Paypal. Your credit/debit is charged when your order is placed. If you don't have your images on your computer we can also accept your photos through regular mail or email.PRODUCT INFORMATION:
Each of our bags is custom made for your specific order. We cut and sew the bags right here in our offices. Your images are embedded into the fabric, so they will never rub off, peel or fade.
CLEANING OF YOUR BAG:
We suggest using Scotchgard® on your bag to protect it, and then you can use a clean damp cloth with mild soap for anything that may get on your purse.
RETURN POLICY: 100% NO RISK Guarantee
Our goal is simple, “To exceed your expectations”. If you are not completely happy with your bag, we will either re-make your bag, or allow you to return your purchase for store credit.
